We have several ways in which we can benefit you in addition to the knowledge you will get from purchasing the e-book. Here are just some of the ways in which you can participate:
- Send us any “how-to” and educational articles you have written which relate to bodybuilding, weight training, fitness, powerlifting, and other related topics. If you have good writing skill and knowledge about the industry we want to showcase it!

- Send us ideas for future newsletters. We received requests for correct deadlift form and how to eat properly when pressed for time, so we will address those shortly. Let us know what else you want to know or on which topics you want further clarification.
- Send us your testimonials! Even if you didn’t buy the e-book, but simply joined the newsletter, yet you noticed positive results from any of the information you received from us please let us know.
