SUCCESS STORY
Walking into the most hardcore gym in America in 1998 seemed pretty intimidating for me as a high school kid. But unlike other gyms which are filled with glitz, glamour and socializing, Metroflex gave me the focus, concentration, education and motivation I needed to train to my fullest potential. Brian and his staff helped me find my strengths and weaknesses. After 9 years, I am proud to have Brian on my side when I need him and as a friend. Even though after my accident I could not train as hard as I could and moved to Plano, I still remember what I have learned and how Brian Dobson and Metroflex Gym have left a positive mark on me forever.
